AWIRE provides the economic layer of the Amberwire Network. Rather than existing solely as a transferable digital asset, AWIRE is designed to support network operations, machine-to-machine commerce, verified work and the exchange of digital services across Amberwire infrastructure.

Existing Supply (Fixed On-Chain Supply)

 

AWIRE exists as a Solana SPL token with a defined on-chain supply. The circulating supply is independently verifiable through the Solana blockchain, providing a transparent record of issuance, transfers and token activity.​​

Network Utility (Fuel for Machine Commerce)

AWIRE is designed to function as network fuel across the Amberwire ecosystem. It can support network gas, x402 machine-to-machine payments and the exchange of services between AI agents, applications, devices and participating machines.​​

Network Emissions (Rewarding Verified Contribution)

AWIRE network emissions are intended to compensate participants for useful, verifiable contributions to the Amberwire Network. Nodes may earn AWIRE for providing resources such as compute, AI inference, data, storage and other network services based on verified activity and network rules.

Network Consumption (A Utility-Driven Economic Loop)

AWIRE returns to the network economy as machines, applications and users consume Amberwire services. Network fees, compute, inference, data access, API usage and machine-to-machine transactions create recurring utility for AWIRE throughout the ecosystem.

Acquire AWIRE → Consume Network Resource → Settle Transaction → Network Fee → Recycle / Treasury / Burn

Future protocol rules may allocate portions of network fees to participating providers, network operations, treasury reserves or permanent token burns.
